Thanks to generous contributors, we are improving the health of Chicago’s south side residents by delivering high quality, patient‐centered primary care and related support services that assure barrier-free access to health education, prevention, and treatment.

We are always taking donations of baby wipes, diapers, feminine hygiene products (sanitary napkins, tampons, and panty liners), gardening supplies, fitness equipment, first aid kits, toothpaste, floss, toothbrushes, deodorant, and bar soap.
